Privacy Policy
A clear account of the information Wellness Frontier handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Effective 18 October 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to our website and people who use Wellness Frontier, including its Social Media Manager and AIVA features. A salon may also enter information about its clients, staff and business into Wellness Frontier. The salon controls the information it chooses to enter and is responsible for its own notices, permissions and lawful use of that information.
Worklabs operates Wellness Frontier. We handle salon information to provide the service, following the salon's authorised use of the product. We also handle account and technical information needed to run, secure and support the service.
Information we handle
This can include account details and sign-in records; salon and location details; client, booking, service, product, staff and transaction records entered by an authorised user; support messages; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, usage and security logs.
If a salon connects a social account, we handle the account identity, permissions granted, connection credentials and information made available under those permissions. The first Social Media Manager connection requests account and performance information for Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Any later publishing capability requires separate setup and approval.
If a user asks AIVA or another assisted feature to work with selected content, the information needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider to produce the requested result. Users should review AI suggestions before using them.
How we use information
We use information to create and maintain accounts, deliver the features a salon chooses to use, keep records available to authorised users, provide support, troubleshoot and improve the service, protect accounts and prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use connected social information to display the account and information the salon authorised, and to carry out actions the salon explicitly approves.
Security, retention and transfers
We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Salon data is kept while needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational or legal needs; the period depends on the type of record and the salon's account status. Connected account credentials are kept only while that connection is active, subject to any operational or legal retention requirement.
Our providers and connected platforms may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where that happens, we use the safeguards required for the information and the service involved.
Your choices and requests
Account users can review and correct much of their information in Wellness Frontier. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us using the details below. If your information was entered by a salon as its client or staff member, contact that salon first so it can manage the request in the context of its own records. You may also have a right to contact your local privacy regulator.
Contact, deletion and changes
For questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email Worklabs at privacy@worklabs.co.za. Please identify the salon or account involved and the information you are asking about. We may need to verify your authority and coordinate with the salon responsible for records it entered. We will handle requests subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel.
Social account controls
An authorised salon user can disconnect a social account in Wellness Frontier. Disconnecting removes the connection credentials held by Wellness Frontier for that account; it does not revoke access at Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. The account owner can revoke the app in the platform's own settings. A salon can ask us about information obtained through a connection using the contact details below.
